Caution
Charging Port: Before every use, make sure the charging-port cap is completely closed and tightly sealed. If it is not fully sealed, water may enter the charging port and damage the device. Do not use the Waterfloss while the charging cap is open.
Charging Safety: Make sure the Waterfloss and charging port are completely dry before charging. Never charge the device while it is wet. Avoid overcharging, as prolonged overcharging may affect battery performance.
Proper Flossing: Keep the nozzle close to the teeth while flossing. Do not floss from far away and do not direct the water jet directly at the gums.
Children: Keep the device and removable nozzles out of reach of young children.
Do Not Run Dry: Do not operate the Waterfloss for an extended period without liquid in the tank.
Storage: Do not leave the device in direct sunlight, high-temperature areas, or other excessively hot environments.
Liquids: Use only clean water or mouthwash. Do not use other liquids in the Waterfloss. After using mouthwash, flush the system with clean water.
Water Exposure: The Waterfloss is IPX7 water resistant, but do not use it while showering or intentionally soak or submerge the device in water.
Tank Care: After each use, empty any remaining liquid, rinse the tank, and allow it to dry completely. Clean the tank regularly to help prevent buildup, bacterial growth, and unpleasant odors.
Nozzle Care: Rinse the nozzle after use and keep it clean. Replace the nozzle if it becomes clogged, damaged, or excessively worn.
Direction of use
1. Attach the Nozzle
Insert your preferred nozzle into the top of the Waterfloss and push it firmly into place until you hear or feel a click. This indicates that the nozzle is securely locked.
2. Fill the Water Tank
The 200 mL water tank can be filled with clean water or mouthwash in two ways:
- Through the refill cap: Open the refill cap, pour the liquid into the tank, then securely close the cap.
- Directly through the water tank: Remove the main device from the tank and fill the tank directly. Do not fill completely to the top. Leave enough space for the device to be inserted back into the tank. Overfilling may cause excess liquid to be pushed through the system and result in leakage.
3. Turn On & Start Flossing
Place the nozzle inside your mouth before turning on the device. Press the upper Power button once to turn the Waterfloss ON.
Lean over the sink and keep your mouth slightly open so water can flow out naturally. Keep the nozzle close to the teeth and along the gumline, slowly moving from tooth to tooth and pausing briefly between each tooth. Do not hold the nozzle far away from the teeth or direct the water jet directly at the gums.
4. Select Your Cleaning Mode
Press the lower Mode button once to switch between the 4 cleaning modes. The LED indicators show the selected mode from top to bottom: High → Medium → Low → Pulse. For first-time users or sensitive gums, begin with Low Modeand increase the pressure as comfortable.
5. Turn Off & Remove the Nozzle
Press the upper Power button once to turn the Waterfloss OFF. To remove the nozzle, press and hold the nozzle release button first, then gently pull the nozzle out. Do not pull the nozzle out without pressing the release button.
6. After Use
Empty any remaining liquid and briefly run/flush the system to remove remaining water. Rinse the tank and nozzle, then allow them to dry completely before storage. If mouthwash was used, flush the system with clean water afterward to help prevent residue buildup.
