Do not swallow the whitening gel. Avoid direct contact with the gums, lips, eyes, and skin. Use only as directed and do not exceed the recommended treatment time. Temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation may occur. Discontinue use and consult a dentist if significant or persistent discomfort occurs.

Direction of use
Apply approximately 0.5 mL of whitening gel evenly to the upper surface of the mouth tray and another 0.5 mL to the lower surface. Use the provided brush to spread the gel evenly over the areas that contact the front surfaces of your teeth, avoiding the gums.
Place the LED mouth tray over your teeth and press the start button. Whiten for 10 minutes, then remove the tray and rinse your mouth thoroughly with clean water.
